Wow i never experienced a long wait time or any of the staff being rude.... sorry you had such a bad experience. It's the best soul food restaurant. My opinion

You know, service can be excellent and personal. And other times it sucks. Make sure to let the manager know and I know they will make it right.

Yeah the service is hit or miss . You have to have a little patience at times because the food is great .

I agree. I get something everything time, and it's all been good.

Well for starters the food is wonderful so it seems as though they would definitely be busy however just like the other person said it is best to make your order online and then go and pick it up now when I did that I still had to wait a little bit because the receptionist wasn't in the front and she was kind of rude but I still was able to get my food and it was ready

Your food isn't sitting around. It has to be cooked right?

I've seen parties there before with cake. Just call to be sure.
